BEN WHEELER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Born in Portland, and raised in Estacada all my life except for the five years at the best college in Oregon, OSU, where I graduated with a degree in business. I have been married since August 18th, 2007 to my lovely wife Brooke. She also grew up in Estacada, and we have been friends with each other since kindergarten. We just had our first baby, Henry Robert (better known as Hank) on January 4th, 2010. We also have a baby girl, but she has four legs - her name is Gretta. She is an English Bulldog and is a total ham. Both Brooke and I are very involved in the local area. I have served on the Estacada City Council since January 2009. We both serve on the budget committee and the urban renewal board of director's for the city. It has been a great experience so far, but in the near future we are going to build our second Adair Home (due to start February 2010). When I had spare time (prior to Hank and everything else) I liked to take advantage of my close proximity to the Mt Hood National Forest and ride my snowmobile, four wheeler, go hunting (both archery and rifle) and try to catch fish in the nearby rivers.

CARLA WILLIAMS - BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
Raised in Oregon, but lived in various parts of the US after marrying her high school sweetheart, Carla and her family settled in Newberg in 1999.  Prior to coming to Adair Homes, she worked for George Fox University in Admissions and then moved to the Marketing Department where she oversaw the purchasing of advertising, along with participation on many special projects.   She enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, taking trips to the beach, working in her garden and cozying up to the fire with a good book. 

JEFF STROUP - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Jeff earned a Bachelor degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State in 1997.  He also brings 19+ years of construction experience from framing, siding, metal roofing, lumber sales and construction management. After visiting Oregon and falling in love with the mountains, trees and rivers, Jeff moved here in the winter of 2000 after a 4 year stint in Texas.  Jeff has been with Adair since the fall of 2003 and is currently splitting time between the Woodland and Aurora offices.  In his free time Jeff enjoys live music, camping, backpacking, hiking with the dogs, organic food, and PV solar installs. 

HETHER PIETILA - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Hether was born and raised in Oregon where she attended Oregon State University. She graduated in 2006 with a degree in Business Marketing. Although she has lived for short stents in other parts of the world, she always found herself coming back to Portland. She not only fell in love with the city but also her (now) husband Seth. They have 2 adorable Shorty Jack Russell Terriers; Madigan & Penelope, and just recently rescued a JackChi; Olive. They currently reside in Oregon City, where Hether focuses on subdivision development for Adair. When not at the office, Hether enjoys any thing the great Northwest has to offer including snowboarding, the coast, dog parks, local cuisine, and even the rain!
